Only one person working. My friends suit was not measured well. Also my suit which I had fitted was lost. The salesperson was looking on the used rack as if it was possible the suit I already purchased ended up there. Huge waste of time and money. I will not come here again. 2 stars because suits were cheaper.

This place messed up my suit order for my wedding. Gave us the wrong color pants to match the suit. When asked to fix it they said they could but instead of getting the correct pants they returned with tuxedos to match the messed up pants. We couldn't use tuxedos as my wife didn't like the look. I was forced on my wedding day to completely redress my wedding party without the help of my wife. The only good news is that I got my suit from Nordstrom. Go to Nordstrom and buy a suit instead of wasting your money on this trash establishment.

I had a last minute need for formal wear yesterday. Honestly the best service and experience I have ever had shopping for formal clothing. The gentleman who helped me was professional, thorough and had a great eye. I will be coming here from now on. Thank you Mr. Blue! My wife thanks you as well.

Messed up 5 out of seven rental, always just one person working. How do you mess up the length of pants over 6"? Also width messed up too?

In summer 2017 I was a groomsmen in a wedding with Jos A as the suit provider for 6 of us. We all were measured in our hometowns as we are from around the country. We arrived more than a day before the wedding to pick up our suits. As soon as we walked in the associate treated us poorly. She was confused and very unhelpful. Then our suit pants were completely wrong. We were looking for "Pronto Uomo Grey 120S SU" and received the wrong pants, "Super 120s Grey Flat FR". The initial associate told us that this was coming in style and we shouldn't worry about it, even though the bride and groom had agreed on matching suits. (Also you can see in the picture how bad the mismatch is). No style! We had to talk to the manager, he agreed that it was wrong and that he put the order in wrong. After waiting in the store for almost an hour, he said he could have "suits that matched the pants in the morning". In the morning of the wedding we arrived at Jos and we horrified to find that the "suits" he matched with the pants were tuxedos that looked awful next to the groom's suit. We scrambled in a panic with no help from the employees to find a solution hours before the wedding. We settled with gray pants that were remotely close to the original vision that fit all of us and used the white button up shirt and shoes from the original rental. With 30 minutes left to get to the venue, we were charged $600 for 6 pants, 3 belts, and broken peices of a rental to sew together into a visually acceptable presentation for his wedding. We looked rediculus. The following morning I went to return the rentals. Everything was in order and put together nicely. After I gave over the Frankenstein suit rental I gave the manager the pants and belts and politly asked for a refund or refund options. I was imediatly met with severe hostility. During this horrible ordial we were cordial and understood mistakes are made. But now, I am getting berated because I dare ask for a refund? A refund for pants that I was forced to purchase the day of a wedding because the manager had messed up twice? The following interaction took place. Manager: "These pants have been worn, no refund is possible." Ben: "Don't you think these circumstances may be a little extrodinary? I never wanted pants and you ruined a wedding." M: "Pffft. We did not ruin the wedding, you got these pants." B: "With no help from you! We found the pants less than an hour before the wedding, and had to change our entire outfit." M: "I worked really hard to get the matching suit coat the morning of the wedding, it was even more expensive." B: "It was a tuxedo and not at all what we wanted, then you were no help once the coats were wrong. Can we please just get a refund for the pants? We are not going to use them." M: "No chance, take them with you." B: On my way out the door I say to a couple thinking about renting suits for their event, "Don't use this store, they don't know what they are doing and ****** UP OUR WEDDING." M: Charging out the door yelling down the street after me, "BE A MAN, DON'T WALK AWAY, BE A MAN, DON'T WALK AWAY, BE A MAN..." B: Turn around and walk back to the manager, "Excuse me? What is that supposed to mean?." I walk very casual back where he is, in front of the store now. M: "You better get some respect, my hands are in my pockets, My hands are in my pockets, My hands are in my pockets" I realize at this moment that I am alone and I am in danger if I say anything wrong. I have never fought and never think about it, but was clearly outmatched. I now do all I can to deescalate the situation. In the end, I am forced to apologize to him for raising my voice in the store. I walked away threatened and we paid for 6 overpriced pants that are useless to us. Don't trust the brand, definitely stay away from this branch. I suggest you find a better suit or tuxedo company, especially for any event rentals.
