If I could give them 0 star, I totally would.
They treat customer differently by their appearances. I, Asian woman, walked into the store with my husband to buy a suit on Sunday. They just stared at me with the look that they don't think I am there to purchase anything or she probably won't afford this. When white couple walked in right behind me they greeted them with an smile and they followed the couple around till end of their purchases. That was very disrespectful of them and I don't think they even care for some customers who will walk into store in future if they weren't appropriated dressed.

I went to JoS. A. Bank today, in Hunt Valley to see if they had a certain type of button with a crest design for a sport jacket. Customer service was Awesome. The sales associate that helped me was professional, friendly and very helpful! He took the jacket and said, I think we have this button. He said, come back in about 20 min. When I got back to the store, the buttons were sowed on perfectly! I would definitely recommend JoS. A. Bank to anyone!!!!
