Was on the hunt for months for a Jersey City office for an acupuncture practice.  Thought it would never materialize, but then my prayers were finally answered by Del Forno Real Estate. Have been a commercial tenant of the Del Forno Real Estate company for over a year now. Nothing but the most positive experience.  Had never gone through the commercial leasing process before and they were patient, professional, and handled all my concerns.  The building my office is located in, the Vito A. Lofts, is a gem.  No expense was spared regarding workmanship and quality of materials when it came to rehabbing and repurposing a 100+ year old warehouse into commercial office lofts.  Polished concrete floors, tastefully exposed brick walls and columns, to bath and kitchen fixtures.  Every day at the office I count my blessings.  Great building, superb company, awesome family!  Vito, Talia, and Neko are literally the best.

Do yourself a favor and rent from someone else very unprofessional been asking for a key to my apartment for six months in which according to their lease agreement they owe the tenant and yet I have to pay even though they never gave it to me. They bounce the ball everywhere besides the idiot in charge. Literally run don't walk away.

Vito made the entire process, from finding/showing the apartment, to signing the paperwork, to questions after signing the lease a complete breeze. We've been living in a Del Forno managed property for about 3 months now. Our realtor Vito is extremely professional, diplomatic, a great problem solver, and genuinely nice guy.  He was always responsive to my numerous texts and calls during the moving process and continues to be available now that we have moved in. He always goes the extra mile.  I highly recommend Vito for your real estate needs.
