My wife and I currently going through a divorce that will be completed in 1-2 months

Joseph's services were instrumental in us being able to come to a full agreement. My wife and I are smart, responsible adults and felt we were able to come to agreement on our own, however during the process there were several details that we absolutely had difficulty resolving that we didn't think we'd have an issue with. We also have issues communicating our positions to each other, and it became much easier to communicate our points by having a very good third party mediator who could rephrase things in a way the other party could better understand/accept. He also provided legal insight as to why certain things are more important than we thought they were throughout the process. We had agreed on several items that were not specifically detailed at first (ie. parenting plan, child card payments, holiday schedule) and Joseph was able to move us in the right direction to having a solid workable agreement in place to bring to the courts, with specific details.

Divorce is not easy. But, if it is your only solution and both parties are somewhat amicable enough to discuss matters amongst themselves instead of being represented by attorneys, mediation is the way to go, and Joseph is the best. He gets good reviews for a reason. Also, he works very quickly with drafting the final agreement and making corrections to it.

Hopefully you don't need his services and can stay married through counseling, but if that is no longer feasible, you should use Mr. Noto's services.

I went through a divorce recently. During a divorce, as we all know, dealing with your partner, children, and finances can be extremely stressful and emotionally draining. This does not stop there, I found out that finding a good lawyer was also challenging and stressful. After a bad experience with my 1st lawyer, I hired Mr. Noto to take over my case. Today I am more than thankful to Mr. Noto. He was very receptive to my needs and had the professional knowledge and experience to represent me in the court. Mr. Noto was very caring, organized, detail oriented. He returned my calls promptly, updated me without delays, and took his time to explain to me the whole process with a great patience. Mr. Noto guided me with professionalism and compassion. What I really appreciated, Mr. Noto went out of his way to get the best deals for me. Thank you

Mr. Noto has helped me negotiate various business leases on property and has helped me in reviewing various business contracts.
