Joseph Todd does not have the best interest of his client. He pretends that he has your best interest at the beginning but in reality he is full of lies and he is only out to make his money and not seek any gain for his clientTHE CHIROPRACTOR THAT JOSEPH TODD REFERRED me to was PADDING my bill with charges and services that I know I did not receive. Because one of the services I deliberately refused and when I looked at my itemized bill it showed those services I was still being charge for a plus others. I continued to call Joseph Todd at law office for literally two years asking about any update and if I should file against the chiropractor myself for overcharging me for services that I did not receive and he abruptly said no he would call and contact them and he would do it and that I should not do anything . Also to find out he was only doing it for his best interest and the chiropractor's best interest to get the money that came from my settlement and to give the money all to the chiropractor and for him which the chiropractor charged me two to $3000 more of what they should receive and instead he took the interpleader out against me on the side of the chiropractor saying that I was a nuisance in calling about a case that should've been settled 2 years prior. Joseph Todd continued to lie that he couldn't get in contact with the chiropractor for two years. Although when I finally got tired of waiting for Attorney Todd not doing anything but lying and acting like he was and was not able to get in contact with them ;all to find out the chiropractor and Attorney Joseph Todd filed against me and when I initially inquired with Joseph Todd should I file against the chiropractor he stop me in my tracks all so he could file on his behalf bc it worked for him to file against me. I knew nothing of this until I paid a visit to the chiropractor office called NORTH ATLANTA CHIROPRACTOR and the courthouse. Come to find out I could've argued my case and possibly won had I not listened to ATTORNEY JOSEPH TODDs advice stopping me in my tracks to file against the chiropractor for his gain only. I should've known it was a lie and something wrong about it if it took him "two years to contact the chiropractor and come up with a favorable resolution on my behalf." Attorney Todd knew what he was doing all along. I had a $15,000 settlement and walked away with less than $500. If he cared he could've addressed the issue with the chiropractor to lower the bill to its real original charges (not the ones they added on fraudulently) and he could have offered to lower his attorney fees but he did not any of it . So, I had to file against him with the bar association about the underhanded crooked bad lawyer-client activity he was doing. I even tried to leave and find another attorney but he said I'd have to pay all these thousands of dollars to get out of having him as my attorney. So, I unfortunately and reluctantly stayed. Even when I talked to other attorneys they to said that was bad attorney client practice and he could've lowered his attorneys fees so I could get a more fair settlement. Now come on if other attorneys are saying this about an attorney that should tell you something. And you know he's money hungry being that he supposedly specializes in about 10 or more things spreading himself too thin. When most attorneys specialize at most 5-6. So they could give their client more quality service. Which he cares nothing about. And on two different occasions I've seen other clients come into the Joseph Todd attorney's office angry with his work or lack there of and wanting to speak to attorney Todd! That should've been a sign.

as a healthcare provider I have had the pleasure of working with Mister Todd on a number of automobile collision cases through the years. I find him to be knowledgeable, ethical and puts the needs of his clients first.
