Joseph Medical Center does not like to pick up there phone. I have called over ten times trying to set an appointment and can't get through. This is the worst medical center I have ever experience. Maybe they are making so much money that now they really don't care. Some of their staffs even agree that their service is POOR! Yes I'm looking for another medical office and not returning to this one. If you don't believe me, tried them out.

Doctors are good and courteous. Rest of staff are horrible, rude, and unprofessional. There made mistakes to my billing info and now my bill is in collections because I never got them. After such mistakes, no one was willing to apologize. I was even brushed off by one of the employees over the phone. There are many other medical centers around the area.

I do not want to visit again. Doctors and Staffs are not professional.
