Mr. Baumgartner's office staff is very friendly, considerate, respectful & accommodating. He and his staff are willing to bend over backwards to find the best price for your financial situation. Still without compromising quality insurance coverage. A claim a few years ago was taken care of with minimal effort on my part. This staff works collectively with the chosen automotive facility and handles the claim entirely. 
On a personal note; Josh Baumgartner has become a pillar of the community and Beecher, IL is very fortunate for his addition to this small town. He is always at town events, volunteering and giving monetary donations. 
A very good company to work with. 
One name drop: Gladys is a gem and is so appreciated by customers because of her helpfulness.
