Dr. Bentley and the support staff at the Mid-City Mall location (now affiliated with Norton because of Kentucky One consolidation) is professional, friendly, efficient, caring. I love that Dr. Bentley calls me personally to discuss test results and that his overall philosophy is to treat with lifestyle/dietary changes first and medication last. And to start with the most conservative prescribing of medication. He's up on research and studies, and keeps you informed of pertinent changes and risk assessment weighing all your health and wellbeing factors. I also appreciate the best lab techs in Louisville (blood tests, etc.,. services are done in his office space) and office staff who answer the phone directly instead of routing you through a series of option numbers..

The absolute best..Dr Bentley takes his time with me and explains everything in an easy to understand way..I really feel in good hands with Dr Bentley..and the staff is so kind.
