I can't remember how long I've been a State Farm customer, but it's been nothing but smooth sailing.  I've always been thrilled with the service and support!  Great people!  Half the time Josh even remembers the last conversation we had 6 months ago when I last walked in.  Seriously, these people are rock stars.  I wish they were still my agent but I've since moved out of town.

Everyone in the office is so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to please me. I would recommend all of my friends to them for their insurance needs. They really are the best around.

Have dealt with state farm and Josh, both are excellent, family preferred agent, however I don't have a policy with them (yet).  Service is prompt, thorough, and quick, a recent accident and the other party involved has state farm, they contacted me the same day to schedule repairs.  Would definitely recommend this company, and specifically this agent, Josh Salmans.

Best location! It's right across the street from the post office so it's easy to stop in while running errands. Everyone in there is very nice and really take care of you.  I have life and auto insurance and wouldn't even consider another company.

Long story short... I switched to State Farm from a terrible insurance. I live a hour away from Manhattan but I still choose Josh Salmans due to the excellent service I receive. The agent I worked with was very prompt at calling me and responding to any concerns I had. I genuinely appreciate you Kaitlyn. She is fantastic and phenomenal at what she does.
