Josie was phenomenal! She provide me with options, showed compassion and really cared about the safety and well-being of my children and I. So much so that I have referred her to many others in which she has done an exceedingly well job! 

Thanks Josie for all you've done. It is not often that you find people who love what they do and actually care about other people.

Can you say BREACH OF CONTRACT!
Josie knew how to bill you for time she did not take to learn the law and then would misrepresent you for her non knowledge, so you can get kicked down and dirty from the other side who did know the law.  She then treats you condescendingly when you call her on unfair billing times and also for breaching your information to other apposing attorneys. I realized she was not only not a good attorney, but was so bad that I filed an official complaint on her and had to fire her over the breach. 
 I would not ever go to her for anything.. but especially for a divorce!  You will leave a case with a lot less than you came in with and have only regrets that you hired her in the first place!
OHH and also, just know that after she bills you for all of the time you get together for preparing for your case, she bails out to try to get you to settle for crap, so she wont have to go before a judge for anything.  I know that the system has its hallway deals with the opposing side, but she milks you to say that you need to really prepare, which cost you by the hour to do this and then she tries to talk you into caving in as she is too scared to go into the court room to argue your case.  If I had not pushed her hand the very first time she tried this with me, I would have gotten rail roaded by the attorney who tried to use underhanded legal tactics to win the first part of our case.  I refused to back down and then they settled in my favor the first time..  Then as they change to get a more aggressive attorney she coward, and then told my very sensitive areas of concerns for my child's welfare to my ex's attorney and they used it against me to try to twist my arm into settling for a variety of areas,
 I told her to protect my interest on,which she did not do.   Not to mention compromising my kids wellfare!    Bottom line... run away from her if you are currently working with her on as you will loose or never use her and warn others too!
