Chef Joe Hanus has returned to his home town of Blanco to raise the culinary bar in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Josie's Kitchen will feature artisan sandwiches and baked goods. Joe will be using locally sourced produce whenever possible. He will also be making fresh baked breads.
Jessie Hanus, an accomplished baker, will be offering fresh baked pies, cookies, cakes and other baked goods. Whole pies will be available with call ahead ordering. Gluten free and sugar free options will also be available.
