Whoever is working this store at 3:27 on April 13, 2024 is probably the worst employee you could ever ask for. Lazy and didn’t seem at all interested in doing their job and didn’t even speak when getting inventory to try on. If Amazon could have had faster shipping I would have gone there instead. Noted for the future. First time in this store in over a decade and now I remember why.
Came in at 7:15pm and staff had closed gate. I had initially called to see what time store closes and it says 9pm. Staff tried to ignore me and said “she had to go home”. Call before you travel- they close the store when they want to. Just needed to exchange a size.
The website said that they were open until 9:30pm, I called at 8:50 to ask them to put shoes on hold and they did. they didnt even tell me that they were going to be closing earlier than expected. They even asked if I was coming in that night to get the 2 pairs of shoes and I said yes. I was driving all the way from Philadelphia to get 2 pairs of shoes. I arrived at 9:05 and the gate was down and they were closed. There were 3 younger employees in there and they said that they were closed and tried not to make eye contact with me. I questioned them because I just got off the phone with one of the guy's and asked why they closed early because the website said 9:30pm and noone told me when I called that they were closing at 9. I'm really upset that I drove from Philadelphia and they closed because they just wanted to leave early. Very unprofessional!!
Prices are high, but expected. Sales staff is super kind and helpful. Although I didn’t purchase the day I went, I’d happily recommend.
Great experience staff very helpful. Loida and Shanta didn't have the size I needed offered to order for me they weren't available. I will return.
Expensive but nice place when u need uggs and timberlands good time there customer service was very good.
was so ready to come in and buy a new pair of shoes but no one even acknowledged me and i was standing there for like 10 minutes....seeya
Good selection for the kids. Staff is always very helpfiul.
No sales or at least I was charged full price and no sales help
The salesman was nice friendly and knowledgeable.
