Preston was amazing. My pre-teen daughter and I didn't realize that the mall was about to close because I was at Macy's shopping. She was about to be pretty upset. As we were walking in the mall and could see all of the stores closing I heard someone say " which store are you looking for?" I was like "Journey's!" He was like " Don't worries ma'am I work there. What shoe's are you looking for?I know everything we have in stock" We told him and he said " please, no need to rush, I will take care of you ". We shopped and he took care of us. And the my daughter forgot her Macy's bag in the store. We had no idea! He found us in Macy's and brought the bag. I was grateful. I am a retail manager and value customer service. He really took it to the next level. Oh, and not to mention. He was closing the store as well and doing his nightly routine all while taking care of us. Any company should be happy to have him.

Horrible customer service!! I think it's very rude to get on the phone when you have not finished with the customer. So not helpful

Be patient and you may get lucky and find killer deals on the that you had already decided to get but at full price. Scored a pair of Adidas Gazelles for $19 once and another time some Adidas Seeleys that were grey with baja blue stripes (a journeyz exclusive) for $28. The week before the were priced at $80 or $90. Woo-hoo!

The staff was extremely rude to me when I tried to return some shoes. I had them for less than 24 hours and there was some dog hair on the bottom when I returned them, tried to tell me they were too used. When I came in to buy them the girl working was too pushy trying to sell me some socks when I REALLY DIDN'T WANT THEM. I regret buying shoes here and will never come here again.

Staff seemed pretty indifferent to the customers, and every time I've gone there, they never seem to have the right size.
