The manager when I was in there was very unpleasant to her coworkers when I went in the store to shop. I feel that micro aggressions and someone’s racial biases shouldn’t be brought to work. The company shouldn’t hire people like this as it does reflect back on them. BECAREFUL LEAVING REVIEWS. After I had left this review I was then barraged by someone on staff with questions, invalidating my story and telling me I’m lying.

Alexis helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. i always have trouble finding shoes i like and going outside my comfort zone and she helped me buy my first pair of dr martins

My oldest and I went in to scope out some Adidas, walked around in this nearly 'right in your face' small space. With this, and the last visit, were not even spoken to or asked if we needed anything....I am not one to complain or be a nuisance, and I never have an attitude or 'air' about me, yet felt like our presence was both a bother and obviously unwanted. Left with that impression and will likely NOT go back to any place that treats its primary source of revenue like nothing. I imagine these 'feelings' are why this entire place is set to close...besides the  prices that you get online or the purchase online/ pickup in store competition. Wish the best to you,though.

was just there and Alexis was very professional and greeted me with respect , she was very sweet and nice . she deserves a raise

I like this store but I think I just had a bad experience. The girl that helped me was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and got every pair of shoes I asked for. The only thing is I asked for a pair of size 6s, and she came back with a pair of size 5s, starting that a mens 5 is a womens 6. I didnt want to embarrass her so I didnt say anything but I always wear mens shoes and I know what size shoe I wear. I wear a 6. Anyway I tried the 5 on and it seemed like it fit, which was surprising, considering 5 is usually too small. But they were uggs so I thought, maybe this girl is right and the sizes run different.  So I paid for the shoes and a care kit and some crep spray, spending almost $200. She asked me if I wanted an email or paper reciept and i said email. Well I never got the email reciept. I called back down to the store and they said they could print a receipt but could not email it to me. I haven't been able to get back down to the store because of my work hours, I was lucky to be able to make it when I did. But now I am stuck with a pair of shoes that dont fit because some girl decided she knew better than I did what size I wore and then didnt send me a reciept. So my advice is make sure you get your reciept before you leave, and dont let them assume they know better than you do.

Very good service,  first time there and a young lady on the 10th of March, was so kind, helpful, and was very good with her service!

Went in and got cussed out by the manager, very unprofessional and will not be going back. Also heard of others having a very bad experience at this store. Very dirty too

I love their shoes...employees are alway on point!

I cannot lie I love the different assortment of skater apparel, but of course not for everyone.
