Horrible experience , I bought a new pair of hey dude’s boots and unfortunately didn’t check them before I left the store, because when I got home I found a old used pair of shoes, I live 30 min away from the store so it literally took me 1 hour to get back to the store and show the associates the shoes that they had given me , she was so rude and told me that I had to wait a week until her store manager came back from a vacation before I could get my exchange or return witch makes not sense so my husband had to call corporate to be able to return them and repurchase a new pair and get them send to my house. the associates told me that it was my fault for putting my foot on the shoes and for taking them home. This 2 associates were rude and acted like they didn’t even know what they were doing. Never shopping there again. Make sure if you buy shoes at Palm desert mall you doble check your shoes before leaving the store.
Chelsea helped me out today. She was very helpful and patient. She was able to show me many shoes and answer many questions.
Rude employee or I should say manager! I went to exchange a pair of shoes for my son. First issue box was damaged in shipping . I just got the package on Friday and went to exchange shoes since the ones I got didn’t fit my son correctly. She said the shoes were used . Which they were not . I have attached photos for proof under photo section for this location. I also called corporate and sent them video and photo proof that the shoes were new in unused condition and they stated that the shoes were new and apologized for this lady and gave me a full refund and a credit for a new pair of shoes for my hassle !
I was so happy they had the shoes I wanted in stock. I was even able to try on 2 different sizes to find the best fit. Thank you Mia and Nancy... you guys are awesome!
Went and bought a pair of Dr Martens and a pair of vans and some socks. Great store with lots to choose from and if they don't have it you can go online and order from there website.
