The food is awful. The pepper pig stomach /chicken soup is nothing but msg soup with salt, not even with pepper flavor. The Sacha beef noodle is flavorless beef with msg soup + cup of sacha sauce from the can. The so called Singapore chicken rice was white rice with over cooked stale chicken from the fridge. I've never had such awful food for this premium price. Don't even look at any photos from Yelp, it's deceiving. I feel bad for giving a 1 star, but I'd feel worse if someone fell for these fake reviews of 5 stars.
Their boba drinks were good. My avocado smoothy was very yummy. It was made with real ripe avocado and it was not too sweet, just perfect to my liking. I also ordered duck liver and Napa cabbage with sesame sauce for to go. It was also very tasty. I craved for their food and drinks. I have been ordering their refreshing teas regularly.
I love this place! The atmosphere is well-curated and lovely. A bit tucked away but I think the location is perfect almost like an oasis in the middle of the mall. The food and drink are magnificent! My friends and I are adventurous eaters so we had the crispy pork intestines, chicken bone with salted egg yolk and joy braised pork... they were well balanced and just wonderful! A special shout out to Coco Lemonade! I took a risk with that one but it was super refreshing and less sweet compared to most drinks I had. They are pretty understaffed tho... so the service took a while, but the staff members were very friendly! All in all an unexpected awesome surprise!
Very friendly place. My recent order of their delicious and pretty authentic Singapore Style Chicken rice was really good. The chicken dark meat parts comes bone-in and the insides near the bone has tint of pink. That is how it is for the real stuff served in Asia! Yummy! They introduced another shreaded chicken dish, slightly spicy with a very delicious tangy sauce. Kinda like my wife's special
This is my new favorite place at the mall. The beef curry isn't at all what I was expecting, but it was a pleasant surprise. The char siu, cold chicken noodles, and milk teas were also top notch. Their chefs really know what they're doing. The service was also superb and I didn't have any wait to be served.
The Singaporean chicken is cold here. Probably authentic because Singapore is always hot. The braised pork belly is not cooked till really soft and is in fact chewy.
When my kids commented that my cooking is better than the food served, you know how bad it was. Noodle tasted like rubber, no chilli to accompany our Singapore Chicken Rice, place was freezing cold. Will not be back.
Excellent meal last night. Highlight was the Sweet n sour spare rib w/rice. Great service, particularly from Jason. Busy place but made to feel welcome and at home. Will be back.
Slowest service ever - literally the only customers here and we got hot pot meaning it's raw food - and we still waited 20min for raw ingredients to arrive. The rice tastes like it’s leftover from the day before.
Standard taiwanese fare. But pricey due to location in the mall. Food was tasty but can probably find the same thing down the road on Baldwin for 4 dollars less
