The food has always been good, the prices reasonable and the service friendly.... however, all of that is unbalanced due to the absolute filth of the place. 
 A gallon of bleach and water and a good wipe-down would do the entire place wonders in the best way possible.  
As a former (14 years) high-end restaurant manager I'm naturally sensitive to potential health code violations, but this disregard seems to be almost intentional. It's hard to believe Jefferson County even has a health department. 
Obviously the phrase "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean" doesn't translate into Chinese. It wouldn't take much, the place is tiny.

At first food seemed a bit uninspired.  Next time I talked to them and they were happy to customize to my tastes.  I wondered about food prep on serving counter, but its little place ran by mom and son I think.  Carry out or 1 of 4 counter stools.

Definitely a middle of the road place, kinda ok, kind gross. The portions were large, and prices were fair. However, it always creeps me out when a restaurant is not clean, or smells bad. And sadly, this one is both. We've gone back a couple times thinking it may have been a fluke, and maybe seeking a local Chinese place. We wont again.

The lady working the register and taking orders was nice. This place does not have much seating and is basically take out only. The food was ok, standard Americanized Chinese food. I would come back once in a while.
