I am a teacher, and I worked at Joye Law Firm over my Spring break. The staff here values teamwork and commitment to their clients. Working at the front desk, I communicated with almost everyone who works here. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Kristin really helped me a lot, and I saw her work hard to help her co-workers with anything they needed. 
I love seeing everything that Joye Law Firm does to promote and support South Carolina students. They even donated a gift card to a spelling bee I was heading at my school! I appreciate the work they do to benefit the students in Charleston!

I absolutely love the Joye Law Firm!!! I called in and spoke with Ms.Brianne and she provided me with excellent customer service! She took down my information and informed me of the experience that the attorneys have! I would highly recommend the Joye Law Firm to anyone! They’re very professional and always going the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of! After speaking with William Asche he definitely gave me a lot of insight on the legal stand point of why it’s the best to hire an experience attorney when dealing with the insurance company. Ms. Inez was very informative and understanding she walked me through the process. I absolutely love this firm! I will definitely be a continuous client.

I called Joy Law Firm for a personal injury claim I have in Tennessee and thankfully I was directed to Inez who just so happened to be the referrals manager there Inez was the sweetest young lady and I could tell she really wanted to help although I wasn't in South Carolina. She told me she would make sure she found a great law firm in my city to help me with my claim and she did just that. She was able to find me a great law firm in the Tennessee area. I was very satisfied with the joy Law Firm and although I don't live in South Carolina I would recommend everyone who lives in South Carolina to contact the joy Law Firm for their personal injury claims.

My experience with Joye Law Firm has exceeded my expectations from the start when I spoke with a very intelligent young lady by the name of Inez . She was empathetic to my case & completely blew me away with her customer service skills. She was very informative & really took the time out to listen to my situation. Inez then reviewed the information over with the attorney & although it was not a case they were able to assist me with; Inez gave me a better peace of mind by giving me a name & number to a referral attorney to assist me with my claim. At the end of the conversation she told me; I can always call for any other legal matter & that I will do. I will recommend Joye law Firm to all of my friends and Family. Thanks Joye Law Firm.

Jeff Gerardi is absolutely amazing. He did a fabulous job on our case, and always dealt with me personally every time I called (and I called A LOT) as opposed to passing me off to some paralegal, which I highly respect. I recommend him to anyone who's looking for mind blowing results and excellent personal attention. Thanks so much Jeff you got us so much more than we ever expected and far exceeded our expectation.
