Jennie and Daphne are the best! Jennie helped us move to Richmond 10 years ago and then sold the same house this summer. Daphne worked with us for several years (!!) to find the perfect lot to build our dream house. Throughout that time, we've gotten to know each other's families, enjoyed their office's social events, and developed strong friendships. Not only are they experienced professionals who know how to buy & sell, but they are both fun and personable to work with, so that a stressful transaction becomes much more enjoyable. I highly recommend them!

When we were ready to move we knew we wanted to use Jennie Barrett Shaw as our agent. From start to finish there was no miscommunication or mistakes that were made. She had our best interest at heart through the entire process. Her professionalism and knowledge of real estate made this experience so easy and pleasurable. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!

We recently used Joyner for two separate housing needs. 

First was building our new home. Our agent, Kim Geddis, is well versed in new construction and was a huge asset. Being the first time we have ever built a house, she was there every step of the way to offer assistance and also take care of issues we had with our builder. To this day, a month after settlement, Kim is still offering assistance for builder issues. She goes above and beyond for her clients. 

The second housing need, was getting Joyner involved for property management. Angie Adkins in the property management division not only took care of getting our property on the market, but had it rented with the first showing. Having a property manager takes the stress and worry off of us and Angie is a true professional in property management.

We have grown to become friends with both of our agents, they didn't view us as a transaction and then move on. We can't say enough good things about the two of them and about the management at Joyner. Cheryl and Bill run a tight ship and you can't go wrong with any of the services that Joyner offers. We would not hesitate to use Joyner in the future for our real estate needs.

Glenda Holloway was wonderful to work with purchasing my first home! She was responsive around the clock and never made me feel like I was a bother to her time. I highly recommend her to anyone in the Richmond area!

If I could give Joyner Fine Properties zero stars, I would. We rented through Joyner Fine Properties for 2 years and while we enjoyed the home, the property management is terrible. Our property manager was Beth and she was terrible at communicating, unknowledgeable about the home and dishonest with us. I would gladly share more if anyone in interested. I would not recommend Joyner Fine Properties rentals to anyone.
