A big thank you for your professionalism, value, and fast service. I was working in buying an used  Mercedes from a private seller at a great deal,  however, when we agree on the price,  I asked to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection to JSBenz, while we drove to the Tag agency. I call Jackie and JR before signing, and I was told all the boo-boo's in the car. The inspection results gave me a big leverage to re-negotiate the car at a great price. Kisses to you guys.

If you always had any doubt about your mechanic... You may have found in JSBenz the right place, they say two days, it was two days, they made a very assertive diagnostic on my car and fixed it, no extra costs, no delays, they are the guys you can trust.
Highly recommended...

Very professional service and a fair price.  My Porsche Cayman was smoking badly and they were able to get me back on the road in no time.  I enjoyed the way the mechanic actually came out before I drove off (with the defective parts) and explained everything which was done to the car.  Everyone in the shop was extremely friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.  My car is running great and I couldn't be happier.  Thank you Albert & Victor.

Excellent service and great customer service. Great attention to detail. Highly recommend this place. One of the few shops who go the extra mile and treat you like family. 5 stars!

Looking for an alternative to the dealer, I've found it. Very reasonable and highly trained techs. After meeting the staff and browsing the facilitiea, I purchased a pre-owned AMG and have been taken car of since; there's no problem they can't resolve. Ownership is very hands-on and now that they're in the new facility they can handle all service issues, trouble items, custom body work including kit installation as well as a 4 wheel drive dyno to test and tune - there's no shop like this in Miami
