They were to do a property survey for us that required a lift. After several days of hassling for the information. They only sent over the measurements with no photos of anything. They sent google images thinking that would be enough. We did not pay them for the half completed job that they did. They sent the photos 1.5 months after the survey demanding payment. Due to their huge delay I had to hire another surveyor, costing me more money. I agreed to pay half due to the lack of communication and timeline on the photos, which was more than fair.  They really became responsive when I refused to pay the full amount. They then wanted to put a lien on the property until we paid. We ended up having to pay to avoid this. These are very shady people that I would never recommend to anyone.
