To say I'm satisfied is an understatement. This company is the epitome of customer service, start to finish. First, I was very impressed that I received a call back the next day after submitting a contact form online (most companies are not that quick). Carly, the dispatcher/scheduler was prompt, and courteous, explaining all of my questions and getting me on the schedule the next day. I received both a text and an email when the technician was on his way (this was a great touch). When Jon Nix (the plumbing technician) arrived, I was immediately impressed with him and the customer service. Jon was able to quickly diagnose the issue (it was a leaky pipe that had some unique complications) and provide different repair options and pricing. Jon quickly set to work and was a complete professional throughout the repair. He did a fantastic job, and the end result was both functional and aesthetically pleasing (compared to the cluster of piping that was pre-existing). He explained what he had done, cleaned up the workspace, and even emptied the bucket that was catching the drips. It was little touches like this that made me feel valued and that he was caring for the space. Jon was amazing, and when I have work done by JSP in the future, I hope to get Jon again!! JSP exudes professionalism at every turn. They show up in clearly marked vans complete with everything you could possibly need (and, may I note, a van that was remarkably clean and organized that I saw as Jon unloaded), introduce themselves, log everything on a computer (digital signatures, work order, parts, estimate, etc.), uniforms that are clean, and very friendly, outgoing, and customer-centric. For future plumbing work, I will definitely be calling them again! Thanks JSP!

I just had a very good conversation with John Parker and Steve. From the text messages as a reminder, a short call to ask if I needed anything and then a great visit at the house. They knew about all the systems in the house and truly gave an honest estimate. I would highly recommend these guys.

JSP was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. My wife and I bought a fixer upper and needed a new furnace installed during the renovation. Called JSP and Steve came out to see the house the same day. Once the work was scheduled, Travis and his crew had the new furnace installed in less than 2 days and worked with me to install leads to a future project. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

I had been searching for a company to come to my home and inspect my heating unit and estimate the cost for repairing an ongoing issue with the pilot light. I found the best reviews online were for JSP Plumbing and Heating company, and so after not hearing back from several other companies I contacted them. I did NOT have to leave a message, as I had with the other companies. I spoke initially with Carly regarding the service inspection request. She was more than helpful, and right from the start I knew I had connected with the right company for the job. I had a feeling that the heating unit was on its last legs already and upon inspection might need to think about purchasing a new unit. Carly not only set up the initial inspection appointment, but provided me with all the information I would need to move forward in case I would need to purchase a new unit. The day before the inspection Carly called to verify the appointment, as well as I received text and email messages regarding the same. The prep and follow up by JSP is top notch! On the day of the inspection I first received a text message with information and expected arrival of John Nix, the technician assigned to the job. He arrived on time just as scheduled. I could tell from the job van and his appearance that these guys were totally professional. Before even walking into my home he put on "booties" over his boots to protect the floors...Wow! It didn't take long for him to understand the issue and gave me an interim estimate for repair of the heating unit issue. As I had suspected, the unit was on its last legs. Although he discussed the possible repair of the unit, he also discussed the option of replacing the heater. And not just in a way to up-sell me on a new unit, but with consideration of my original request just for repair. The repair would be somewhat costly, and would not guarantee continued uninterrupted performance of the current heater for any extended length of time, so at that time I decided to contemplate the purchase of a new high efficiency heater. Following this initial visit Carly contacted me again to go over the cost of a new heater, as well as finance options available for the purchase of the new unit. I applied for the financing on the spot and was approved for the long term financing. The new unit was ordered and the installation appointment was scheduled. Again I received messages to remind me of the appointment, as well as the expected arrival of John, Brandon, and Trevor who were to perform the installation. I was unable to be present at that appointment, but had made arrangements for them to enter the home. John called me directly at the end of the day to confirm the installation, give me some initial instructions, as well as inform me of a very minor scratch to the wall near the unit install that had occurred during the install. So there were NO surprises when I returned to the home a few days later. Later Carly called again to verify the completion of the install, as well as to set up a follow up visit by the Installation Manager...what?? For JSP, the job isn't done upon installation. They send out an additional manager to inspect the install and make any final tweaks to the system to make sure it is functioning perfectly! Wow!! I was able to be available for the final walk through with Travis, who was the Installation Manager. Again, just like with the other appointments I received the expected text message before Travis arrived. Travis, like the other technicians was extremely professional, as well as knowledgable. Because of an old pressure regulator on my propane tank, the unit was nor fully cycling correctly. He diagnosed that issue and immediately made adjustments to my tank pressure regulator to solve the problem for free;...something that most other companies would have made additional charges for! JSP deserves to have ALL the great service they provide to be spoken to. I will not hesitate to call on them again for ANY plumbing or heating needs I have.

Are these guys really plumbers? They are SO good and SO nice and SO fun and the gal in the front office, Carly, could run a Fortune 500 company. They just seem more like chefs than plumbers. Anyhow....our story: We bought a nice house in Red Hook last September. We spent the winter last year sitting in down parkas indoors in part of the house and in bathing suits in the rest. We summoned three plumbers for estimates and ideas of how to equalize the heating. Each had his own nutty idea -- one crazier than the next. John presented a straightforward, cost-effective solution and then arranged with the sub-contractors to get the job complete, start to finish. The various crews worked quickly and left a spotless work spot. They also do lots of small things right, like alerting you when the techs are on their way via efficient, accurate text-messaging. Great job, John and Carly!
