My friend and I came here because there was a coupon on the back of an HEB recipt about how you get $5 off if you spend $30. But be careful because this excludes drinks so if you’re going to use the coupon, make sure the amount of food you order amounts to $30 or more. When my friend and I were seated, chips and salsa were served right away. We ended up getting the frozen mango margarita and the carne asada. No complaints about either one. They were both good but I definitely think it’s overpriced mango margarita is $14 and the carne asada is $17.99. They do have a happy hour though where you get $2 off margaritas. Other than that, the inside was clean and the service was great- I appreciate all the workers here who made sure my friend and I had a good experience here. I’m not sure if I wil come back since I don’t exactly think the food justifies a price but it’s not a bad spot!
My beloved and I had dinner here and we enjoyed our stay. I recommend the chicken fajita Mexican Burrito, it’s not super packed like those street burritos but i found it delicious! & + comes with 2 sides of a generous amount of rice and beans . God bless you, Jesus saves-only Him!!!
Great food and great service! We went out on a Saturday evening and it was only moderately busy. Not sure if the service experience would be different on a busier night, but our food came out super fast and hot! Our waitress was very friendly and was able to recommend things for us to try on the menu. Really nice upgrade from former location. Definitely give this place a try! Drinks: Eric's Special and Frozen strawberry margarita Main dish: Chicken nachos and stuffed avocado Dessert: chocolate chimichanga and sopapilla with ice cream
My first visit, and I enjoyed everything from their house margarita to the variety of Tex-Mex cuisine on the menu. Google described this restaurant as "no-frills," which I think is a mischaracterization. This is a modern restaurant with a full service bar, that offers thorough menu selections for food and drinks. And, the staff provide welcoming, prompt service.
Juarez has been in business for many years and finally moved to a new more upscale building and it so nice, you can sit outside, the food is superb and chips and different kinds of hot sauce flow freely and the Margaritas are fantastic, all different kinds, but don't drink too many they are not shy with the Tequila. The service was excellent and we have already been a few times since the new opening about a year or so ago. One last thing several years ago we had a hurricane here and everything was closed, even our HEB no fast food, it was bad but one place opened their doors and served what they could like enchiladas beans etc, they are good people who own and run it. It's a must go to place!! Sorry no pictures but I'll start working on that!! Vegetarian options: Really didn't look much at it. Dietary restrictions: They will do whatever they can Parking: Parking is out front and there is plenty Kid-friendliness: Appeared to be quite kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Small ramp close to doors
My family and I went there for the first time and everything was amazing. This was our first time there and our server name is DJ. He had excellent customer service and knew the menu very well. He took really good care of us. Food was so good that we went back the next day. Thanks again for such great food, great customer service and the atmosphere was pleasant as well.
Food was good, atmosphere was great, they opened the door for us upon entry, very impressed! Great folks, highly recommend coming here for Mexican food. I had the fajitas, kids had fajitas too and they were great. Only thing that was off was guacamole, it looked like it came out of a tube.Food: 4/5
Love this place. It recently moved to a new location very close from the original. The food, service, and margaritas are awesome! I definitely recommend stopping by.Food: 5/5
Nicely decorated, cool atmosphere, and good music. However that’s where our enjoyment ended. Server wasn’t able to really pinpoint specialties for ordering. Went with tried and true fajitas, and between our entree and our chips and salsa this was probably the whitest Tex/Mex I’ve ever had. Salsa tasted like doctored up pace add some cilantro add some onion and serve. Fajitas just didn’t have a lot of flavor - sour cream and cheese are an extra charge. Beware if you pay by card they hit you with a 2% credit card fee. Prices in general matched the decor. Sadly don’t think we will be going back with other better alternatives in the area - just didn’t meet what we were looking for in Tex/Mex food. Restaurant was busy though so good for them. No pics this time. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Plenty of kids menus with crayons.
Pedro was our waiter, very attentive friendly and sincere. We ordered brunch on a Saturday. Nice and quiet spot on N Gessner at Clay Rd.Food: 5/5
