Several of us went to Julia's Bakery for lunch. They serve authentic Mexican food. I ordered 3 tacos - carnitas slow cooked pulled pork on a corn/maiz soft shell, a side of rice and beans, and a sweet tea. Just look at that pic of the tacos. Makes me hungry again. The service was friendly, quick and our food arrived hot and tasty. I like the fact they have 3 or 4 different levels of heat in their salsas, from mild to much hotter picante. Prices are reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Been searching for authentic tacos down here and am so happy I have found this place! Not “white people” Mexican food. Just saying, most you know what I mean.  Anyway, delicious el pastor, carne Asada and lingua tacos. Juicy and flavorful! Highly recommend, I will be back

Sincerely the best tacos I’ve had in the United States in memory. I got the pastor and the meat was tender and the sauce perfectly coated every piece. I would almost drive from New Orleans just to get a bite.

After living in San Diego California for over a decade and having the pleasure of eating authentic Mexican food in both San Diego and Tijuana MX, I never imagined I’d find that same authenticity in Laurel, MS but this place has it. Some of the best tacos and asada burritos I’ve ever had — right here in Laurel. The staff are friendly and welcoming.  Wish I had known about this place sooner but never really noticed it. I think the ‘Taqueria’ signage is a little small and many people may not understand that term down here in the south. Perhaps some signage on the roof that yells ‘AUTHENTIC STREET TACOS’ would have clued me in a little sooner ; Regardless, I’m glad I’ve found this little gem, can’t wait to get takeout from them again very soon. They also have a nice restaurant area if you’d like to dine in. Try this place out, you can’t go wrong, I highly recommend the El Pastor and Asada Tacos or Asada Burrito!  Kid-friendliness: Kids will love their tacos  Parking: Plenty of parking and a drive thru  Wheelchair accessibility: Appears to be very accessible by wheelchair

Not really a huge fan of the food. It was ok, just not really my style. The service was exceptional however. I'll probably go againFood: 3/5

They use to make good tacos not anymore tho. The owner gets mad when asking for salsa and their meat is low quality more fat the meat

Had the lamb birria. It was very goos. Will be going back to try other items. Most authentic Mexican food I have found.
