If it showed how much subs actually cost on the menu that would be great because it has 1 price and doesn't say what the price is for different sizes. The menu also fails to mention what it costs to add a things to the sub. In the end you think it's one price and then it's almost 40% more and nothing on the menu told you what you were ordering was more expensive than what it has listed. It just says you can have large or small subs. Price everything out not just the price for smalls because thats deceiving.

I am a new customer that has recently moved into Derry, I live about a mile away and frequent Juliano's more than regularly. I understand the rules about the $10 minimum delivery, however I am a single person and I ordered one sub and it came to $9.50.  The manager wasn't able to make the concession, nor could the cashier figure to just add on an additional $0.50 to make it an even ten dollar charge. So I called Jake D's Pizza and order the same exact thing. It came to $8.50 and is being delivered without a question. The guy had no problem and was more than happy to make the accommodation to satisfy the customer and make the sale. If $0.50 is the reason you can't make a delivery, then I'm okay going elsewhere where they don't mind accomodating such an order.

We ordered curly fries, jalepeno poppers, pesto chicken ziti, and a chicken parm calzone. the curly fries, jalepeno poppers, and pasta dish were all decent, would order again. however neither me or my boyfriend liked the chicken parm calzone at all. the marinara sauce was terrible and the inside tasted burnt. Will not order pizza/calzones from Juliano's again.

The prices are in-line with the other pizza/sub joints in and around town. The pizza is pretty darn good, Delivery is quick and no hassle. The fries are really good as are the tenders. 

 The reason why there isn’t a higher rating is the subs leave a lot to be desired. Firstly, I was told I’d be charged extra for jalapeños.Thought that was a bit much, tomatos and lettuce are included in a cold sub but not jalapeños?. Lots of bread, My recommendation would be to cut down your bread sizes or increase the filing. The steak and cheese is just ok, wish it was a bit better with less gristly bits.

And before anyone asks if I called to complain, no I didn’t. I just order what’s good and go elsewhere for other things.

Excellent food quality,  willing to customize just about anything.  Carries large variety of drinks,  desserts. Large gluten free menu including desserts.  Management quickly addresses any issues.
