Fun place! We've been here for a birthday party and also walked in to play. Good place for kids to go (especially in the winter)to have some fun. Monday was pretty slow when we went. Good day to go if you have smaller children or shy children who need some space to play. Reasonable prices for entry and for snacks and drinks.

Don't stay on lake Lansing Rd to get there like Google maps tells you to. The entrance is on the other road off the roundabout. Seems like fun for kids. Nice chairs for adults to sit in to talk and keep an eye on kids. Nice small room for birthday parties.

Lots of jumping, running, bouncing fun for the 3-6 year olds we brought. Can bring your own food. If you purchase food there, the minimum for card payment is a $5 purchase. No bars in bathroom stalls for those with mobility restrictions and no wheelchair stall. Also, there are large ladders in the area between the bounce room and the restroom hallway in such a way that they look very appealing to kids and keeping some children off of them would be very, very difficult.

My son was there for a party and everything was fantastic! All of the kids had a great time, the person working there was very courteous and attentive, and the place was CLEAN! This was our first time there and was beyond my expectations. We will be going there again.

It was my first time coming here and will certainly be my last. I went here with my children to let them play and get rid of some of their energy. Unfortunately, ee didnt even make it past the front counter. The owner told me that they were closed. I told him that I checked the times on their website prior to coming, I checked the times on the door before walking in and they both say they would be open for another hour. He insisted that they were closed and that my children couldnt play. I grabbed a flyer that was sitting right in front of him and even that flyer showed their was an hour left before closing. I told him that he sould really update his marketing and website if this is truly the case because now I have a disaapointed 2 and 4 year old and drove from the other side of Lansing to get here. My kids were sad so I asked if they could just bounce for 15 minutes and he wanted me to pay full price for both of them. I told him I'd be more than willing to pay half. He then proceeded to tell me that he knew that he didnt have any competition in this area that had an establishment like his and that he could do whatever he wanted. I assured him that my children and I would never spend our money there if that is how he treats potential customers.
