I am just glad my teeth are 'fixed' so I do not have to go back. The first day of getting my teeth filled was smooth and went well. The next day was a nightmare, though. The dentist numbed my teeth and I waited for it to kick in & when I could no longer feel my lips and nose I figured I was clear. The dentist came back and began working on me and when he went to my back tooth, it was NOT numbed enough and he drilled straight into my tooth and I was in A LOT of pain. I see how that can be something the dentist would do by complete mistake, but with what lies ahead, I say these people don't know what they're doing. So later in the procedure, the dentist takes out a very fine detailing type of drill, and the second he puts it in my mouth and starts it up, the tiny metal needle falls in my mouth! Thank goodness my tongue was in the back, keeping it from going down my throat! I was TERRIFIED. Now that I'm traumatized, the dentist decided to start putting the metal over my teeth and once again, drops a thick piece in my mouth, but this time he never noticed and it was stuck under my tongue, almost moving to the back of my throat, cutting me with its sharp edges. I didn't pull it out until we were completely done and my head was facing up, so I wouldn't swallow or choke on it. My anxiety that I've had over the dentist for YEARS has not & most likely will not subside after the last visit.

Got xrays and a cleaning that went great. The dentist was nice and the other people who did the x rays and cleaning did a good job. My only problem would be that after i had my wisdom teeth surgery, which they did refer me to that place, among a few others but they were the only ones close enough that accepted our insurance, they refused to see me. They wouldn't even just take a look at the possible infection (which it is, verified by a dentist an hr away) they told me i had to go back to my surgeon. Even after we tried to tell them the horrible experience i had there. And i didnt find out about my gingivitis problem, i get it more than others, until the other dentist an hr away explained it in detail to me. If they had taken the time to explain more things to me and actually understand the horrific event and be considerate enough just to take a look then it would be 5 stars.

Had multiple fillings done on my teeth by Dr. Larkin. In less than 2 years 3 of the fillings split/fell out! Resulting in the need for an expensive root canal and refillings. The cost of which is all coming out of my pocket I might add. (I have fillings in my mouth from a different dentist that were placed there over 15 years ago that are still good, but Dr. Larkin's fillings didn't even last 2 years!) Dr. Larkin and the office staff were all rude rude rude concerning the entire mess. And although Dr. Larkin did "apologize" no attempt was made to make restitution for the shoddy work done in my mouth or even to cut the cost of the procedures to correct the work. My advice: go to this dentist if you want shoddy work done on your teeth that you can pay to have redone in a matter of months.

They were super nice and my toddler was all over the place while they was working on me and they let her help out and tried their best to keep her busy.

They always have appointments available, everyone always remembers my kids and myself. They work they provide is really great, I enjoy going to this office a lot!
