I went just yesterday. It was a surprise coming from my wife. I did not have any idea about where we were going, so it was super amazing. The river trip was great and our captain was too funny; the view is great from the cruise, the jungle island is awesome, great service and the food was delicious. 
The show was great! 
I strongly recommend this place.

It is a great leisurely cruise on the river with beautiful homes and amazing yachts to see. The "Captain" does a good job of giving a history of the area and homes. You will travel under multiple bridges that have to be raised to allow the boat to pass. The food was great. All you can eat BBQ ribs, chicken, potato wedges, baked beans, coleslaw, rolls and boiled shrimp. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly. The live music during the meal was good but they seem to think you should stop eating to give them an ovation after every song. There are spider monkeys, multiple colorful birds, owls and alligators to see. The evening show was OK, not Vegas but entertaining. When you consider all things together, it is a good price for the evening. I would recommend it.

My husband and and I were on a trip to Florida for the weekend from Texas. I decided to do a few fun things for our trip and looked up some favorites for people who visited Florida. The jungle queen was on every list I saw! I found a groupon for the trip which was a bargain and booked our reservation over the phone. We booked the three hour tour which took you an hour down the river to their private island where we docked and saw all the rescue animals they care for which includes monkeys, birds, and alligators. Bring cash along for tips at the alligator show and for all the friendly staff! We stayed at the island for an hour and then took the trip back. The whole tour was fantastic! Fun for families and adults! Alan was so informative and hilarious, he is definitely what made jungle queen such a great trip! We loved him! The parking can be a little packed but tell them that you were on the jungle queen and it's only $7 cash. Highly highly recommend this trip!

I had such a great time. It was hot which was the only bad part but captain Ozzie was funny and great at showing us around fort Lauderdale as we made our way to Jungle island. I will def be back and highly recommend the trip. The food on jungle island was good, it's beautiful and the staff were super friendly. The show was very entertaining as well.

First time on the Jungle Queen since I was a kid. We did the dinner cruise and had a great time! Sightseeing cruise was fun and informative, the all you can eat dinner was very good, excellent service too. The variety show was very entertaining. It was a great evening of family fun!
