DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!    First time patient after moving to the area.   Dental office called my insurance company prior to my visit and then administered an x-ray that my insurance refused to cover.  Dentist claimed they asked the right question and received the wrong answer from my insurance company, insurance company claimed the dental office never asked the right question.  After several calls and repeated attempts to resolve, the dental office receptionist said (rather rudely I might add) it was my responsibility to know all of my dental history and therefore the charge is my responsibility regardless of what they did or the insurance company said end of story.  Really?  I am surrounded by professionals and yet I am supposed to be the one that knows the difference between a bite wing and a pan x-ray?   The dollars where small, but the point is loud and clear.   They took advantage of the information asymmetry and blamed the patient.  Perhaps this is legal, but IT IS CERTAINLY NOT RIGHT and I guarantee I am not the only one they have pulled this routine on.  I would NEVER trust anyone with that type of approach with anything let alone any aspect of my personal health.  DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!

Horrible experience! The receptionist is terrible and extremely rude! If you want to feel welcome  and receive the service you deserve this is not the place to go!  Dr. Guerra made it even worse instead of apologizing on his employee behalf,  he was extremely disrespectful. He told me he had no problem printing my records,  I could leave and I didn't deserve an apology! And showed no concern with my tooth issues. Very unprofessional on his behalf. You couldn't pay me to go back for a FREE teeth cleaning! Never again!

Jupiter Dental Care is a dentist office that doesn't focus on "upselling" you unnecessary procedures and price gouging.  After 14 years I finally found a place that is honest and that truly cares about their patients. They make you feel at ease and I now have a dentist I can use for years to come. I would highly recommend them.
