I spent $42 with tax for deluxe exterior detail of my Suburban. I told them they did not have to do any work on the interior that would normally be included, like vacuum, windows etc. They couldn't finish my truck any quicker... Amazing speed. Attention to detail not so amazing... Groves not wiped, handles not wiped, little spots not waxed (with orbital buffer) and rims not touched except for car wash conveyor. Kid spent 10 MIN with buffer and wiping down. Very fast... Maybe too fast. Not a single car in lane behind me... Could've spent a few more minutes and would have made an OK experience really great.

Very disappointed. There must have been a change in ownership or management. I have had vehicle's detailed here before and was very satisfied. 

When a detailer drops a clay bar in the dirt and then proceeds to use it on your car that should tell you something.

Carpet was soaked from being cleaned but cleaning agent not properly extracted. Wax left around hinges and rocker panels never touched.

A waste of time and money. Very disappointed. I will not return.

Great experience this morning.   Fantastic gift shop and the chai tea was delightful. I pulled up and the line was five deep yet it only took less than three minutes to get my car in. The staff was very courteous but most importantly my car is if it just came off the showroom floor. I will definitely be back.

$15 was stolen from my wallet during my car wash. Just before I went in for the car wash I double checked my wallet to be sure I had tip money! When I hopped out of the car I forgot to grab the wallet (I had my card in my hand to pay for the wash). 
When the detailer pulled up with my car I said “one sec let me grab your tip from my wallet” and the money was GONE! 
I pulled around to talk to a manager. They said the detailer has worked there for 7 years and never stolen. I asked to check the Cameras because there were 5 men in my car at a time, and he said no. 
I am 100% positive this money was taken. 
I really hope they look into this and talk to their employees.

One of the best car washes that I have ever been to. Car loves it too! Inside and outside immaculate after they are done Free coffee and capacino etc. Interesting shopping. Place is immaculate as well.
