The pharmacist erroneously charged someone else's meds to my Visa(on 8/17). On 8/19 I notified Ericka (very helpful clerk) who apologized and said charges would be immediately reversed. Several days later charges remained... called again. Called again today 9/2 - pharmacist told Erika she had reversed chages days ago and will do nothing else to help me. Called my debit card company who are preparing a mini report and said I may have to go to arbitration. Called Ericka and reported this - she came back and said pharmacist said for me to do whaever I want to do - she's done. All I want is my $45.. wouldn't you expect a little more help from the person who made the initial mistake?? If she makes this kind of money mistake, what do you think about her preparing your meds? SEPT 3 re'c phone call from pharmacist: said she had checked further and realized my refund had been credited to my other Visa card. All's well that ends well.
