Rafael made my first experience here AMAZING! He has EXCELLENT customer service, super nice and attentive to what you ask for! Thanks to him I will be returning customer and recommending lots of people to come here too! Thanks again Rafael!!! 10/10 highly recommend.

For the first time eating at this place, the food was very good but the customer service management was horrible. Thanks to one of the assistant managers Trisha she made the experience a little bit better. We will definitely be shopping at her new location coming soon.  Also be aware they only accept cards and they do not accept cash. This was our first experience, and we had no idea and they was treating us very horrible but the food is very delicious.

My over all experience was great , it was my first time there the girl who helped me was nice about explaining everything , their poblano sauce is delicious! I definitely wanna try their poblano soup next time , I love all their features including their delicious smoothie hubby loved their strawberry lemonade the only complaint I have is the fact it took forever for anyone to come greet/serve me they all clearly saw me and continued cleaning the one person I originally said hi to ignored me because they were doing a Togo order which I've worked at Chipotle and other places like this so i understand how their system works but he could have at least acknowledged me and been like hi someone will help you shortly . But the girl who helped me made up for it along with the quality of the food.

For the food? 5 stars across the board always! Very consistent, clean, and always good. The customer service….? The last two times were great, today I was met with an older Hispanic male who I would assume to be the manager because of the different shirt he was wearing was less than thrilled that I was there. 0 customer service skills, slapped my salad in the bowl as fast as he could not like there was a rush of people, there was one other person in the store ordering who was already being helped, and instead of finishing checking me out/receipt/grabbing a bag or something for me, he goes “insert your card” and just walked off. Idk. I would be back because I love just salad, but I was not happy with how I was treated. 2 stars for the Customer Service.

Amazing service! Rafael the store manager was very welcoming I have been in there 3x this week and his service remained the same! Love this location!

Good salad, fresh, healthy. Many vegetarian options and vegan as well.  New place, very clean.

Love this place! We used to be huge sweetgreen fans but now we love just salad more! The flavors are great and the staff is wonderful. Jeanne is so sweet and always friendly! Love getting to see her whenever we come in.

Raphael and Ray were both Awesome. Great customer Service! I switched purses and left my bank card at home, I only had cash on me. Well they are Cashless so Ray paid for my meal!  Thanks a bunch. We need more people like you all in this world. Bless up!!

Not to sure how I feel about this place, the salad was alright. No words to describe but there is just no flavor. My friend and I both ordered different salads and they are just o bland and taste very similar. Definitely had to go home and fix it up. Also waited an hour for an order that should’ve been done by the time I got there. Most likely will not be returning.
