Wow! No wonder this location has low ratings. My server was condescending and rude. I ordered online the Peruvian Warm bowl which is one of my favorites. As I was entering to on the pick up orders section, the server asked me if I was picking up without hesitation, and had my meal ready. For that particular meal you can't choose bread, nor adjust the sauce level, so I told the server if I could have more and she wanted to charge I would have paid for extra, I kindly explained the app didn't have that option. Very difficult and unprofessional. On top of the obnoxious employee, the chicken was overcooked. A warning to choose your location wisely. I'm sticking with 34th street only.
Really delicious salads at a reasonable price. The portions are also very nice - I hate going to other salad places when the portions are tiny - I feel like I’m being robbed. But not at Just Salad Shout out to Rosetta - she is awesome and so friendly! Lastly, one of my favorite things is that they offer you a reusable bowl, which makes me feel so good about reducing waste and living more sustainably. I don’t understand why more places aren’t doing this.
Salad was fresh. Service was great.They didn’t have 2 of the ingredients for the lettuce arugula, and cilantro.Food: 5/5
A go-to for me when I’m looking for something quick and healthy. They only offer two options for wraps but you can build your own and get creative. I basically got the Thai Chicken Crunch salad but in a wrap. The spicy Thai peanut sauce is delicious. I’ve also had the Buffalo chicken wrap and it was great too. I think I’m going to try one of the warm bowls next time I order.
DO NOT buy here unless you want to eat bugs. I ordered a salad and found this on the lettuce. It is unbelievable.
Always clean and the staff is hard working and very professional. They have a great team leader. Short staffed or fully staffed. I received the same level of professional and the spicy chicken wrap is so tasty and fresh.Food: 5/5
This place is so awesome, employees are super sweet and kind. let me tell you when I got there even thought there were closed, Paola such an Angel! she when out of her way an fixed me a salad there no words to even describe how fantastic this staff is.. to make the costumers an myself so happy THANK YOU ! !!! Whenever I want to grab a quick salad for lunch, this spot is awesome. Their menu changes seasonally, so there's a nice variety of flavors and textures you can experiment with, and the ingredients are fresh. The staff is really welcoming. Rosetta especially is so patient and kind. I drive her crazy because I wrack my brain over what kind of flavor experience I want to embark on, but she's always encourages me to take my time. If there's a line behind me, I just stand to the side and figure my life out lol. But once I sort out my salad, the flavors deliver. Great spot!

Wonderful service! I’ve never had Just Salad before, so a worker gave me their recommendation: the Thai Chicken Crunch. I also got the Almond Berry Blast smoothie. Such a filling, yummy, and nutritious lunch. Will definitely come here more often!!
