I have related to this practice for seven years and have only positive experiences to report, dealing with several doctors over time and a myriad of health-related issues, and well-child care. The Receptionists are responsive, helpful and timely. Currently, we see Dr. Rooney and she is thorough, helps prevent and offsets problems by providing important information to the parents and kids, and establishes a good rapport with the kids. I am grateful to have them in my court.

Dr. Susan Slowinski has seen my son since he was 3 hours old and he now just turned 15. I have never had a problem making an appointment, rescheduling if needed and all questions answered by the receptionists and nurses on duty. Dr. Slowinski is the reason I stay with the practice even after leaving Bellows Falls due to the closing of Cornerstone Pediatrics. Dr. Slowinski has not only been our provider but has become our friend as well and my son feels very comfortable talking to her even though he is a 15 year old boy where talking to a doctor is not on the top of ones list. I highly recommend Dr. Slowinski and her staff for all of your pediatric needs, teen physical, referrals to specialists.

We have been going to Just-So for 11 years, since my first daughter was born. We have never had a problem and I think we have seen all the doctors. They don't try to push things on you, they always ask first what we want to do. My oldest has ADHD and it took a while for us to figure out what was going on but they referred us up to Dartmouth to get her tested. We told them we didn't want to medicate if we could avoid it and they never pushed the subject. They gave us a referral for a behavioral therapist instead. I have forgotten appointments or had to reschedule last minute and they're always very understanding about it. They answer my ridiculous questions. (I worry a lot, I am a worrier.) They're never rude or mean and they're good with the kids, even when my kids were babies and yelled and fought about going to the doctors. They give us a book to read at every well-child visit and they get to pick a toy when they get shots, and when our youngest got her stitches out she got to pick a stuffy. (stuffed animal, plush toy, whatever you call it)

Dr. Katz-Field has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was an infant - 7 years now. She, her colleagues who have filled in and the office staff are wonderful. The doctors are very knowledgeable, caring and wise in the matters of children and families. The office is well run which is also something important to me since we have to drive quite a distance to go there. We moved to Massachusetts and still kept this office as our pediatrician because we like them so much.

slowinski is the main reason this is a terrible place!!! aside from the rude receptionist! my child was sick, had a rash that turned purple and vommitting, she told me idk what it is, have a good day. tried to push me out the door. when i asked for a refferrel i got "well who do u want me to refer you to?" your the doctor you should know who a specialist is! after arguing with her for a half hour she says "nope im not sending anything over anywhere!" i said u can atleast fax over her visit for today and immunizations. she says "no but i dont think i will, its not my problem." refused to do blood work to find out what was wrong, refused to fax my childs records to lebenon, when she was only a month old the same woman messed up her acid reflux prescription 3 times!!!! giving her triple the amount, not enough, double the amount and finally got it right. we asked not to have this woman see our children that day, well they kept having her see my kids, causing us to have to reschedule appts. even after we already showed up! i call the person in charge of the complaint dept about both incidents, got told oh well not my problem!!!! what is wrong with you people!?!?! i Call today to have immunizations faxed to a daycare, i get "ok well you need to have all the records sent to a new pediatrition" yes i understand ive tried. and very rudely "well you need to get a new doctor immediatly" again, yes i understand, i am trying. "well clearly your not, call your insurance then!" this is not how a facility dealing with children should be!!!! im not going to jump through hoops and kiss your @$$ so u will help my sick child, or fax over tgeir medical history. you should because that is your job
