I just love the place. It is clean and well lighted, secure and the manager makes you feel right at home. Nice parking lot and clean parking lot. No junk cars and I like the fact that they take care of their Property. I will definitely pass on the good news about this place . I rate it a 10 in my books

I would not recommend this place. I went today to move a military member out of the facility. They must not have liked that. They ended up towing my work van while we were working in unit! I do not recommend this company to anyone. I even offered to see if they would split the tow Bill and they refused. Towing customers vehicles while they are in the unit is not a good business practice

Completely Obnoxious! Loaned a kid my car while his was in the shop next door. He did not notice the signs in their massive empty parking lot and parked my car near the highway at least 200 feet from the building. This was after lunch and within 2-3 hours when I was able to get a ride and pick up my car it had been towed. If they had just a few parking space - or if the car was left there for a longer period of time, maybe I could better understand. Since there are over 130 empty parking spaces sacredly guarded I sincerely hope no one has any car trouble in front of their business. My comments are directed only at the attitudes or actions of the management as I have not and will not do business here.

I love then nice climate control units. The manager is exceptional and knows her job very well. I will recommend this facility to all of Texoma and the surrounding communities. Good job Wichita Falls for bringing in this Busniess
