Rebecca Wilson was the most amazing support to our family when our father passed away. As a funeral director she doesn't have to be so personal and our experience working with her felt very personal and genuine. She held our hands through a very difficult time and we are forever grateful.

Pros:  Very pleased with the staff and their attention to detail.  The visitation room was lovely.

Cons:   Although they prefer that you handle insurance death benefit claims yourself to pay their bill, they agreed to do it as a favor.  This would have been very much appreciated, if they hadn't taken a short-cut with the insurance paperwork.   As a result, payment was delayed, and we had to make calls to the insurance companies to clarify the proper claim procedure.  This was stressful to us during a time when we were grieving the loss of our father.

Justen is without a doubt the best at what they do. We had used their services prior. Also, because of how will we were treated we were back with Ron's arrangements. The staff's willingness to listen & help achieve what you want & need for our loved one.

So many people came up to me and told me how nice she looked and how everything was perfect. mark and Nancy made a sorrowful time so much easier. I cannot tahnk them enough for their help. They and all the staff are a credit to their profession.
