I would like to file a formal complaint against manager on duty name Karina at this store, I took my niece and daughter to the store over the weekend, I was amazed of her very poor service, how can a person be a manager without knowing how to manage customers, even my daughter and niece noticed that she is none but attitude, they felt like we were robbing the store or some. The worst manager I have had to ever put up with..but now reading previous comments from customers I’m glad to see I’m not going nuts about her... I would lovely recommend the store without her managing there of course.

Awful service from the manager on duty on Saturday 6, 2018. 5:30 pm.
KARINA the manager just doesn’t know how to treat customers, she is really mean and she make fun of the customers.This is the third time that she have been mean to me.
My daughter just love this store and I will never shop their again.

I am a justice loyal justice shopper , and I like the justice very much .however I only give one star to this orkridge mall shop , because of their sales associates . Specially the so called manager level ones are very swollen headed and has no respect on the customer , the way they talk to the customers is very very harsh ,,, it's like they own the store. I hope the management of justice will talk to them and pls teach them how to talk palite and kind to people . It's not the new ones it's the 2 experienced girls who talk like this . Pls do not hire this kind of girls if they donot kn how to be kind to human

I really wnjoy the options and thier style and I just LOVE the clothes abd all the different choices for the different times of year and every year their stlyes are changing and they never have the same thing over and over again and yearly the stlyes for the seasons change.❤
