Justin is not your ordinary realtor. He knows the backstory on every house he shows and has an extensive mental database of house features and values. He's amazingly responsive day or night and has limitless patience in showing yet another batch of houses to ensure you find exactly the right lake place for you. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, he's that good to work with. I write this after buying through him more than 2 years ago. We are still very happy with the overall experience during our lake house upgrade.

We recently purchased a home on Smith Lake that was listed by Justin. As a real estate investor and business owner, I have purchased many properties over the years. I have to say, this was the best experience I have had. Justin is a true professional. The entire process was seamless. I would highly recommend Justin for your real estate needs.

In 2012 Justin found us the perfect log home on the lake that our family has enjoyed. Due to health issues we were unable to make the 12 hour car ride to the lake house and decided to place it on the market. Justin handled the sale and in a short time he found a couple that loved the place as much as we did and it sold fast thanks to Justin.

You can trust Justin to not only show you the best properties but also to sell your house.  Justin literally showed me dozens of houses with no pressure and he never lost his patience with me.  I am smiling when I write this review because we had such a good time looking at houses.  He has great sense of humor.   He also sold my lake house within months of listing it.  The closing was all done long distance with ease and efficiency.   I highly recommend Justin.
