On Thursday the 5th of july I was returning home from a vacation on hwy 20 east of bend. At just about 10:00pm I hit a cow standing broadside in the middle of my lane. Both air bags deployed. The pickup truck was finished. The following morning I called Chris at his office and left a message at about 7:30am. Today is July 11th and i still have not heard from him. I dealt with the towing, finding a room to stay for the night, called the collision center and the claims department to figure out that my pickup was totaled. The message I left Chris on the phone was that I just had some question's on how these things process. This was my first accident. This morning I called Chris again and left a message to call me back and still no word. I drove over and talked with someone in the office about taking the pickup truck off of my policy. What kind of "AGENT" is that.

Chris and his team are amazing! Their service is personal and caring, timely and efficient. I never worry about my insurance or coverage, because I know that Chris and his team are on my side. I'm confidant that when I recommend his office to anyone I know they will get the same great service. Chris Nordyke State Farm also has a presence in our community with their support of small local businesses and local non-profits. Thanks Chris for all that you do!
