I've never had anything but excellent results. 2 years ago I had 3 tickets from Arlington all in the same month and they got deferred on two of them and the other one was completely thrown out! I would highly recommend them to anyone with tickets in Tarrant County

I want to take the time to recommend Jim Lollar & Associates. Justin Holt and his staff were tremendous and saved me  3 years surcharges, needing an SR-22 and a suspended CDL  license by  believing in  me. They went to bat for me and had my conviction for no insurance ticket reversed and  won me the deferral that I  deserved. Thank god and thanks again guys!

Mr. Lollar has now managed to get two of my tickets dismissed.  The second one I did not even have to show to court for.  His staff is knowledgeable and get this...honest!  In other words, if they tell you what the real deal is...I know amazing, huh?  How often can someone, especially someone like me who has little faith in lawyers or the legal system in general, say something like this.  Point blank, if you have a ticket in Ft Worth and need a reliable and highly effective lawyer; Jim Lollar is the only choice!  Thank you so much!

     Only my second time to have the need of an attorney. I was issued a citation because my car license number was recorded by someone who alleged my offense. Really weird deal, the offense was that I through trash into a dumpster that was owned by an apartment complex. This citation was a Class C misdemeanor but showed my offense as "Theft of Services". I have a squeaky clean record and this is type of word "Theft" on anyone's record could ruin any future possibilities of employment. 
     My initial contact was at the Arlington TX. office located on Cooper St. I was greeted by 2 hispanic ladies. I explained the situation to Mory. She was very patient as I tried to explain the whole thing and how important it was for me to fight this citation. Mory took a look at my citation and made several calls for me. She initially quoted me a price of $100 to handle the representation for this citation. She could tell that was more than I was hoping to pay. I was amazed as she made another phone call and advised me the cost would be $45. Mory was very observant to notice that I had reached the last day to notify the court of my plea. If I had gone past that day, there may have been a warrant issued for my arrest. Mory typed out some legal papers for me and I ran down to the municipal court, that day,  and had the not guilty plea filed verifying my attorney as Justin Holt. My whole experience with the Arlington office was excellent.
      I received a call from the attorneys office approximately 2 weeks later following up on the citation. It was important to me to totally understand how the representation would be handled and if there would be any additional costs should I go to trial. Eventually, I found myself speaking with Justin Holt my attorney. Justin was excellent and patient explaining to me in layman's terms how he would handle the case and verifying that there would be no additional costs. Justin advised me that I would be notified within a few weeks about a possible trial date. Shortly thereafter, I received a letter that explained the upcoming events and called the office to verify. The office was very patient and explained clearly my appearance and where to meet at the municipal court. I met Justin Holt at the municipal court. Justin represented me with the judge. I was notified approximately 1 week later that the case or citation had been dismissed. The total cost for my attorney's service was $45. Can't say enough good things about this experience. 
      Just to verify, I do not know Justin Holt personally or anyone else associated with his firm. Just a satisfied customer that wanted to take the time to give kudos for a job well done..
