Just what you expect from a JW Marriott hotel. Nice rooms and friendly staff. I was here for a professional conference. We had a Continental breakfast every morning and lunch one day. All of the food was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Everything worked. Great location across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Easy walk to the Quarter.

We checked in 3 days ago. The rooms in this JW are the filthiest hotel rooms I have seen in a long long while. First room was infested w bugs. Second room dirty, dusty, nasty w I don’t know what smeared on bedskirt and draperies, smudges of nastiness on furniture came off with a wash cloth water and a little elbow grease. Never again! If not for the Convention in town I would move to another hotel NOW.

The staff were very friendly and my room was very clean and comfortably. I will love to stay there again next time I visit NOLA.

Great, clean hotel with nice executive lounge. Outstanding gym with plenty of machines and a lot of space. Location is very convenient, can walk to basically everything. Valet parking too expensive for my taste.

I came to the JW Marriott for a pedicure appt at the Serenity Spa on the first floor. They couldn't find my appointment and didn't have a pedicurist in that day at all. But they never even asked me if I could come a different day. They just said '...sorry'. All 3 girls on staff didn't offer any actual customer service. Very poorly run business. I'll never return.
