I rented their apartment in Hackensack , it was full of bedbugs and roaches. Manager at the apartment, Wilbur didn’t bother to clean the apartment even after Informing him so many times. He always said he is busy, he does nothing . Any problem we have to get it done from outside. Poor facilities and low maintenance. If something stops working they wouldn’t replace it. I had worst experience in my life staying there. I threw away every peice of furniture because of bugs. Worst experience ever. They din’t even provided heat. Nothing works, refrigerator works on and off. Still they charge you in full and want to leave the place neat and clean when you leave.

They don’t even worth a star. Worst maintenance and they do not bother to take care of any problem.

I was looking for an apartment and had an agent by the name of Karina  Correa show me a few listings. I put in an application and paid the $50 background check fee, only for her to tell me that the apartment was already taken.
Now,  (even though she should've known the availability before she showed me the listing) I understand people make mistakes, but my problem is that even after this mistake she made no real effort to try and fix it. The brokerage wouldn't return the application fee, and the agent was non-responsive and simply didn't bother to reach out and help me find other listings. That is not good business. I do not recommend the agent, nor the brokerage.

The agent I worked with was completely unwilling to help me find a place.  I was denied one apartment because of a credit report error and then moment I was denied he treated me like I had leprosy.  I had to chase him down to get my 1800.00 deposit back. Bad business.  Worst experience I've ever had.   Ariel was the agent.
