Far from ordinary!!!!    

This shop specializes in over the top floral arrangements. Those who know flowers, know K. AUBREY Flowers offers one of a kind masterpieces! 10 Years later we still get asked----- "where did get that arrangement.."

Great shop! They built a beautiful bouquet for me, even though I don't have a clue about flowers, or what looks good. Wife loved them!!!!

I ordered flowers for my wife the first week in September.  No particular reason, just wanted to say "I love you" with something other than words.

I picked out an arrangement online and ordered it online.

My wife works within walking distance of the shop.  Imagine my surprise when I was charged a $10 delivery fee!

I called to debate this with the shop but they wouldn't budge so I let it go.

Later in the day, my wife sent me a picture of the arrangement that was delivered.  Sure, it was beautiful, but it was not even in the same galaxy proximity-wise to what I ordered.

I ordered a "pre-made" arrangement based on the colors.  I used to manage a flower shop and wanted the specific colors in the arrangement because my wife would know what they meant to us as well.  There wasn't a single similar color in the arrangement that was sent!

When I called to complain, the gentleman who took my call was rude - no two ways about it.  When I explained why I wanted the colors I had picked, he promised me a full refund but said that he would have to collect the arrangement he had already delivered.  I told him that wasn't a problem.

Well, here it is going in to the SECOND week of October, and I have yet to get my refund.  When I call, I am repeatedly ignored - you know, put on hold interminably long while they "investigate" the problem then mysteriously forgotten about or hung up on.  I haven't been rude or pushy ONCE but I have been firm and insistent that I was promised a full refund and a full refund is what I want.

That's OK - I'll visit the shop this weekend and if I still don't get my refund, I'm calling 7 on Your Side, or one of the other consumer advocates on the local news.

And I'm going to start writing a few letters to the Better Business Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce, etc, in addition to waging my own Public Relations campaign online via online reviews.

There are laws in the US against people taking your money and not giving you what you paid for - don't bother using K. Aubrey Flowers if you expect a business to abide by those laws - you'll be sadly disappointed!

Superior artistry offering a sumptuous array of flowers to choose from...excellent service - I haven't used any other florist for years!
