So helpful, friendly, capable, bargain for the quality specialized custom care and service. First time in a very long time I really wanted to heavily tip an establishment and employee where it was not expected to do so.

Showed up in The AM on typically busy Monday morning with many knobs and locks for re- keying. Even so i was met at the counter by a knowlageable person eager to assist me ... after sorting through the details the locksmisth made an array of suggestions making me well informed of all the products available including the prices and i quickly arrived at a decision without feeling there was a pushy sales attempt. Finally, i was able to leave everything where i would later return at 5:00 without my billfold, but desperately needing to secure my home. Kathy (the owner) was quick to offer up my knobs and locks ; suggesting that i return to pay my ticket sometime tomorrow after i checked them all to be operational. While it may cost a hair more than the big box stores ill be doing all my knob and lock business with KB where they remembered my name and provided me with the kind of service you just wont get in a corporate atmospher. Thank you KB!

I ordered a 60.00 replacement car key, then paid the lady here 52.00 to cut it. Tried the key, key did not work and it was not close to even being cut right. I was told by the lady when I brought it back that they offer no gurantees and that she could not refund me my money. So now im out of 112.00, have to order another 60.00 replacement then take it to the dealership where I know they can do it right WITH a gurantee.

I locked my keys inside my vehicle. This guy told me its 80 dollars for an unlock. Which is fine but  when I mentioned I was paying with a card he said it was  $100 for using a card to pay!  I asked why was that?!  He said in standoff-ish/Fed up voice. "That's just what i charge" I told him I'll find somone else. Lost an easy $80 for being unprofessional and rude. . Idk if this guy was having a bad day but they just earned their first 1 star review. 

 I found another place that came in 20min and unlocked my vehicle for 45 dollars and i paid with a card.
