One of the best jobs that i have ever had except for the benefits they suck but pay is great! This place feels like home full of family and friends. At one point I was morbidly ill and through all the months I was off work K&B kept track of me and my health. I obviously survived and when I came back the first thing to happen when I hobbled through the door was I received a number of hugs! They then went out of their way to accommodate my continuing health problems. My supervisor makes me feel protected and appreciated the owners actually know employees names and are completely Hands-On my two big examples of this is the one owner Kory works in the operations office in the cubicle Farm with all the other dispatchers and the only way you could tell that he was different from the others besides the fact that they all look to him as leader is that he has more papers in his cubicle than the others. Our other owner Brock runs our Shop and is not afraid to to get greasy when he has to. A lot of companies talk about the fact that they have an open door policy well at k&b they don't have an open door policy because they don't have a door if you want to talk to somebody you can walk right in and up to them from the dispatchers to the owners everybody is available and you don't have to be signed in or escorted or talk to some glass you talk like human beings. I read the bad reviews that people are placing and I have to say most of them are unfair or delusional. This company guarantees our pay every week as long as we haven't gone home or had any late deliveries that were our fault and yet most of us don't drive more than 450 miles a day so we're basically paid to sit on our butts that's impressive. We do a lot of relays we haul a lot of sailboat fuel but we're well paid to do it yes almost all of our loads run at night but that has a lot to do with our main customers it is what they want and we are about treating our customers correctly just like the company is about treating us drivers correctly. Now don't get me wrong there are issues occasionally that can make me upset and the others drivers upset but it doesn't matter who you work for there's always going to be that time when you get upset there's going to be that time when your dispatcher yells at you maybe you deserve it maybe you don't but that can happen at any company however no matter what happens there is somebody here to discuss the matter with

I have driven truck for several years, including the last 13 months here. I have read reviews, but never taken the time to write one as I honestly don't agree with them. I believe everyone chooses there destiny. If you want to work you will succeed here or anywhere, the nice thing about K&B is your going to earn more than at other carriers, or at least that is the case with me. When I read reviews I see posts from people that have never worked here but their friend has or there spouse has but they never even worked here. Look further and you will oftentimes see those same posters only review on google if they have something bad to say. Why the four star review? Honestly I believe nothing is so good it should be 5 stars just like the odds are nothing is so bad it should be 1 star. If something is 5 stars your a suck up and if its 1 star its probably more you than the company!

Been out here for over 3 decades I looked at some of these post and can tell you that some of those drivers did not drive long. It is actually better to run at night less traffic less accidents and you can move in and out of a city pretty quick. I am fairly new haven't been here but less than 2 weeks and my dispatcher is Alex who is pretty cool to me and answers his phone thank the Lord. I just had surgery and recuperating hoping to hit the road very very soon however as a real owner operator that has his own authority I won't get into that but.. when I first got assigned my truck it was a bad one I had a lot of problems with it and then got this truck it still needs some work if they didn't get it in the shop already. I am seeing some problems on the trailers mainly with the door latches but that's up to the driver also he has to report this issue to maintenance or break down. I guess this driver has to get used to all the relays because I had to ask my dispatcher why all the relays LOL if they guarantee 2500 miles then there's no problem with relays I can't say much about K&B because I am fairly new and I only met my dispatcher and recruiter in person

Great job! I make more money here than anywhere I have been, get home on time every time, and have a truck that will get the job done. I have been at 5 other carriers in the 10 years I have been driving and this is by far the best job. Honestly I will say one thing, if your crying about this job, that's on you. These people are easy to work with, don't expect anymore than what can be done safely and legally and I see a $1000 plus in the bank every Friday.

Honestly, it's my own fault that I'm no longer working there and I really wish that I was still a k&b employee. They do run you hard, but the equipment, miles, and pay are good. And you're always home on time. Can't ask for much more then that.
