We had problems with our laundry equipment recently and were surprised to come across K & D and its prompt, professional and courteous service. We do not generally post reviews for such service businesses. Honestly, most of them do not begin to understand the very meaning of (service)--the word.

Dealing with them over the phone is not too bad. If your just calling to order something the never call back or send the part. When call for service they are never even close to on time. They'll leave and your stuff will be worse than before. They hate if you ask whats going on on what it might be. Over all labor is cheap but not worth more than a month of problems to me
