My husband had his weed whacker sitting here to be repaired for a monyh. They had to order a carberator, kit for it. Each week the same story, the part did not come in. My husband picked up his weed whacker, went to a nearby equipment and repair shop. For $ 12, he bought a new carberator kit, installed it, and it's working like new. Thank you for the experience. If this was my customer, I'd have driven the extra few miles to buy this kit myself, rather than have him wait 30 days for nothing.

These guys helped me in the dead of winter with my snowblower and they didn't overcharge me and the've kept my lawn mower going too. They are friendly, know their stuff and they won't overcharge you!

@Steven Glastetter Troybilt trimmer....fact of the matter is you bought a POS trimmer from a Big Box store. Read the reviews. K&D is not a Troybilt dealer, they do warranty repair only on them. Most shops won't even touch them, as I think your're already aware. Bet you tried shops closer didn't you? Just sayin.

they come across as potentially knowing what they are doing, I could look past 1 person working the counter even though he is as fast as the sloth in Zootopia with a line almost to the door. What killed it for me was after waiting in line being asked if I could come back tomorrow because they are closing in the next 10 minutes. Shame the huge For sale sign gives you the feeling that they could close at any day, it always sucks loosing a local business. IT'S SO NICE THE ONLY 5 STAR REVIEW CAME FROM AN EMPLOYEE/FAMILY MEMBER.

They blow smoke up your ass had my troy built trimmer in for warenty work for 3 months had to pick it up and return to lowes for a new one every reason possible why it was takeing so long just plain poor service
