I spoke with them on the phone regarding a water Heater pump issue, he was very helpful and informative , I really liked them.  It was easy to text him picture of the issue and he was fast texting back his response. Made an appointment for him to come out to give me an estimate to fix it few days out.  I was very surprised when he did not show and did not call.   I followed up a couple days later figured they had been very busy , he made another appointment to come out to see the issue few days out.  Once again he never shows or called to say he is not coming .  I was very disappointed that he did that two times and has no respect for our time.  Had I known he was not going to come I would have called another company .  
Just disappointed !!! Had high hopes

I use K.L. Plumbing for all my plumbing needs at my home and refer them out to all my clients. They have always done a wonderful job, been on time and cleaned up after any job they have completed. I can not count how many times they have saved a client who's water heater went out on a weekend, and saved me when the sink is not working right before a dinner party... This is an A+A+ company....Thank You for all you do....

I googled KL plumbing and spoke to them about my plumbing problem. I had a small water line issue and they agreed to come and fix it. This was great because other companies wanted to replace my entire facuet and charge me hundreds of dollars to do it. KL plumbing arrived on time to my house, secured the part needed and had my sink fixed at fraction of the cost. I fully recommend KL plumbing for your plumbing needs. I won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

Excellent service, reasonably priced and work was the most professional job I've seen.  I would definently refer them to others and will call back when I have any plumbing issues.

He came on time and explained/showed everything before starting the job.  When he cleaned everything after himself.  Very impressed.
