Took time off work to get my hair done. Made an appointment almost a month in advance and got there to a locked down salon. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Very poor customer service. I’m glad I was able to exchange my Groupon.

Lee is really top shelf at her profession and a really nice person at that!!! I'm very happy with my new color and balyage.

Ghosted us on our appointments and never heard back from her. I had a groupon, too, which is not refundable.
