Everyone recommended this place to me so I decided to give it a shot. The customer service was really nice and the technicians seemed genuine and friendly. That being said, they did the worst thing any nail salon could ever do in my opinion — my nail tech attempted to pry off my old acrylic nails using a nail tip. This shreds the nail bed and ruins nails irreparably. I quickly drew my hand away and requested they be filed and soaked off, and the tech said it would take too long and proceeded to file down my nails completely off...she didn't even attempt to soak them down with acetone first?  I was convinced to do dip nails instead of acrylic and have never been less impressed with a product: the pink and white set was different colors! The pink was spotted and faded and just over all odd looking in several places. I pointed this out and the nail tech told me she would do shellac on top of them for free but 1. I wanted French tips and 2. I had been in the salon for upwards of two hours at this point. I really appreciate that service even though I chose not to do it same day, though; not many nail salons will offer that. I was going to come in two days later to do the shellac on top, but every single one of my nails had popped off or lifted by then (only two days later) and I really just had no desire to get an other set that would break on me. 
Even though the product and application was terrible, the customer service and shaping of my nails were high points.

This place is fantastic, I had a super relaxing pedicure here. The inside is clean and the nail women are wonderful.

Charged $30 for a acryllic fill, with regular polish. Made my nails WAY too thick, and wouldnt give me a decent reason why it was so expensive for a fill with regular polish.

I was 100% satisfied and happy with my shellac fill/color change. I went home showered and took a nap. It was when I woke up from my nap that I realized that one of my nails were already peeling off! After googling possibilities of how this could even happen I’m assuming it was because the side of my nail didn’t cure long enough in the UV light. Because I enjoy this salon and they always do a good job I’ll only dock one star off. Times before when I’ve smeared a nail minutes after leaving they’ve been nice about fixing them. But unfortunately I’ll have to go back tomorrow on Sunday when I planned on doing nothing but staying in and binge watching Netflix...

Excellent manicure and Pedicure,  Always Friendly, and Always Great Service, They are Very Busy, but if you have to wait, it is Well worth it!
